About Us

Solutions is a 12 year old, locally owned family business. The owner, George Geisen, has 40 years of experience in the construction, remodeling, and maintenance industry in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky areas. Our service technicians have an average of 16 years in the same areas.

Over the last 12 years, Solutions, has done maintenance and remodeling of individual houses, apartments, condominiums, shopping centers, office buildings, and commercial properties. Our clients include many individual homeowners, homeowner association management companies, apartment management companies, and commercial property managers. Our commercial clients include Innovative Management by Theron Inc., Amity associates, Corporex, CB Richard Ellis, Midland Group, and HH Gregg.
